Guys,

I've been trying to find this and have read/heard nothing. I know that it's too early for an official word but I saw Shockey pretty darn hurt and I thought I saw Gay limping too.

Has anybody seen anything on the status of our player injuries??

haven't heard either ...SP will keep it secret until the last second ... Shockey will likely not miss this ... a quick shot of cortisone for the game likely.

I dunno bout Gay, but Shockey's fine. He had severe cramp's, needs more salt/sodium in his body. If i hear anything else ill let ya know!!!

I don't know about cramp's in the knee???

From what I could tell it was a knee thing but lets hope I am wrong.

Unfortunately this doesn't make me feel too much better. Payton Never gives any real info, especially before the injury report mid-week.

I'm not a doctor but it looked like he pulled something or had a real bad cramp. I bet JS plays through it.

Shockey tweeted this afternoon that he just got done with 3 hours of treatment. My guess is that fire breathing dragons couldn't stop him from suiting up for this game. We are going to need him and he knows this. His mere presence downfield in the middle draws safties away from our receivers running 9 routes.
My guess is that all hands are on deck for this one. There is no tomorrow and if we win, we have two (2) weeks to rest up for the Superbowl.

Shockey had to watch his Giants win a Super Bowl with him in the luxury suites. No way he isin't on the field this time around.

Watch that touchdown catch. It is def. a cramp. You can tell by the way he came up stiff. I have a knee problem so I consider myself subject matter expert. When my knee gets banged up I walk different from when my hammy cramps. He was dehydrated and suffering from not being in a game in a while.

Yeah but they replayed the three or so plays before the touchdown catch and he was obviously limping. Is that indicative of cramps? I'm not trying to be pessimistic, but I really don't think it was cramps.

I hope you are right, but would cramps necessitate 3 hours of treatment two days after the game?
