According to NFL Network :)

Brett Favre singlehandedly took on those pesky Cowgirls and won that showdown himself! Brett Favre is da Godfather. He da man! He is invincible....ageless....mistakeproof....worthy of supreme worship....able to leap tall buildings in a single bound....etc., etc., etc. (At this point I am barfing in my iced tea)! Is it just me, or have the media become NFL, let me put this nicely, "ladies of the nite" every single week, depending on which QB is shooting straight??? Ugh..I am sick of hearing it! I am sick of Brett Favre...as sick as I was of Tony Romo last week!

All I got to say is this....hope they enjoy interviewing Favre Sunday night while he standing there with his "pants on the ground!"

Agreed- it isn't the fact that their D played lights out, nooo. It isn't that their D continuously placed them it a great position all day, and allowed their O to get on track. It isn't their O line, uh uh- it is Brett Favre. He did play well, but this is by far the greatest team game, and I like to believe we have a better team, oh and we have this terrible QB name DREW BREES!!

Prediction from me. Mister Favre will Lose this game for the Vikes, Only he can throw to Sharper, Greer, and Porter as well as Sidney Rice. Between the noise and our Defense I hope we lay the smackdown of the century.

Apparently, none of us got the memo. Brent Favre IS the team. There's no one else. He throws the ball TO HIMSELF. Runs it down the field, BY HIMSELF. Blocks the defense, BY HIMSELF. Then kicks the extra point, BY HIMSELF. And then, when the opposing team takes the field, he holds the offensive line BY HIMSELF.

There is absolutely NO reason for anyone else on the team. Not A.P., Shaencoe, Rice or Mullet. Brent Favre is all you need!

They should change the name from Minnesota Viqueens to Minnesota Favrequeens.

I'm surprised he hasn't already been announced as the Superbowl MVP.

Now don't over exaggerate...someone still has to hold the ball for him on extra points.

I think Skip Bayless has the job of holding Brett's balls doesn't he? I might be mistaken....

NFL coverage is just another spin of Entertainment Tonight. See barfing in your ice tea is not that uncommon. I just hope it was not a Long Island Ice Tea. That would have been a major loss.

I am so darn sick of this love affair the sports media has with Favre.

Heck I am almost ready to listen to more Tiger mistress news if it will shut them up about Favre

What's the deal with these bozos? The only ones who really give a c*** about Favre stats are Vikings fans! If they'd just put that propaganda on their local news-stations and keep them off of the NFL Channels, their ratings might go up!

Favre's 8th grade teacher? He's still alive?
