Love the gold pants! Don't like how those black "leotard looking" pants make the player's legs look so fragile! That gold makes 'em look strong and powerful! Gold pants, gold pants, gold pants!

I always liked the black on black, but the Gold does look great! I don't think it makes one iota of difference as to their playing, but it's good eye-candy.

Black jerseys / black pants -- too much black and they look like a college or Arena league team. Now, if the black pants had the gold stripe, reversing the gold pants/black stripe, (with a gold jersey) maybe.

The white pants remind me too much of the bad old days -- when we only made the blooper reels, not the highlight films. Bad gris-gris in those white pants.

Black shirts and gold pants. Has to be! They look great and very intimidating! I still keep thinking about that hit they put on Warner, the next time he saw a Saints player after he got up, as far as he was concerned they were wearing Rainbow colours, LOL.

Well it depends.

In South Louisiana 35 years ago(When I was a kid and into that stuff) it was a curse.

"I'm gonna put a gris-gris on you."

Other meanings are a bag of weird stuff meant to protect the wearer from bad spirits.

Nowadays it has morphed into meaning all kinds of stuff, some of it good.

It was also a newspaper way back in Baton Rouge. I think an LSU student paper but its kinda fuzzy.

The Saints gotta roll with the Black and Gold this week!

And I don't mind "alternate" black uniforms when black is a team color, but I think it is lame when teams that have never had black in their uni's just decide to wear it b/c they think it looks cool.

I hate those. For one thing the NFL is in serious need of color these days. This obsession with black and black/blue is tiresome. Every team now is black, black/blue, blue/black, black on black, black/blue on black, and more black. Why do we bother getting a freakin color tv anymore?

If Black and Blue/Black is so tough, explain the Raiders & Texans. How many times to you turn on a game, and you dont know if its the Texans or Bears, or Jags, who look exactly like Baltimore.

Back in the old days, we had color . You could tell the Broncos from the Chargers from the Patriots. There were no Jaguars or Ravens. America was a better place.
