I don\'t know that to be a fact. But even IF we did know for a FACT that they didn\'t try to sign them -- maybe they knew they couldn\'t or maybe there were other reasons why they didn\'t pursue them. If you wanna know who signed the best players -- I\'ll tell ya right now that the Bills did.
