Kluwe Discussing Punting to Reggie Bush
Punter Chris Kluwe drew a lot of media attention Wednesday regarding his game plan for Saints punt returner Reggie Bush, who returned two punts for touchdowns against the Vikings last season.
"Actually, we were planning on first pooping our pants and running screaming toward the sidelines, and then Reggie would be able to just pick up the ball and run toward the end zone," Kluwe said. "In retrospect, though, that might not be the best plan, so I'm sure we'll come up with something else." Peterson studies Saints film for clues to improve | StarTribune.com  Peterson also looking at last year's game tape. I hope he plans to duplicate that effort. |

Re: Kluwe Discussing Punting to Reggie Bush
its exactly what there special teams smell like
|
Re: Kluwe Discussing Punting to Reggie Bush
Actually that might not be a bad idea. At least the Vikings wouldn't get injured on their special teams coverage unit.

Re: Kluwe Discussing Punting to Reggie Bush
It wasn't so funny when Kluwe was having PTS after punting to Reggie that last game.

Re: Kluwe Discussing Punting to Reggie Bush
LOL! Don't the Vikes have the best Special Teams? No matter. They are not gonna hold our krewe every time. Just hope one time break a big one

Re: Kluwe Discussing Punting to Reggie Bush
You should look at the stats of your special teams. Vikes win in almost all categories. BTW, whose your FG kicker? Not much experience there, didn't he missed a ease 37yder to lose the Tampa game. He doesn't sound like a clutch guy.

Re: Kluwe Discussing Punting to Reggie Bush
Why do you bother responding to this viking fan fool D? He's like a little kid who sticks his hand in front of your face and repeats "I'm not touching you!" over and over. He's here trying to get a rise out of people because deep down he feels that is the only way he can do so. His team isn't going to do it for him. They let him down in the end of the season when they had their chance to catch us and they are likely to do so again this Sunday. At least that is what the Vegas money says. That is more telling than any stat he can pull out of his Favre loving a@#.

But this week they aren't being disrespected, so I'm reading things like this. I think they're trying to give themselves some bulletin board material because there really isn't any. And note how are Saints are just being quiet, and when asked talking about how good the Vikings are? Our players have talked positively about just about everyone on that team. Ya'll see what I see? |
Re: Kluwe Discussing Punting to Reggie Bush
I can tell you what Kluwe is gonna do, he's gonna punt it out of bounds every time they're punting from their side of the 50yd line so Bush doesn't have a chance to light them up. Bush owns the Vikweens and they know it. They'll punt to the sidelines so the ball never touches Bush's hands unless they're punting from the Saints 35 to 49yd line, then they might try to drop one inside the 10yd line. But I can tell you right now that they have no intentions of kicking to Bush.
