His job is to stir you guys up. Looks like he's pretty good at it. Deon knows all of these guys, and talks to many of them on a regular basis. They are part of a rare fraternity and are connected by their experiences and their love of the game...its ALL hype. They pay Deon to raise eyebrows and bubble the blood. The players don't care because more press is good for everyone's pocket.
