Anyone else see the irony in this? The Who, are doing the half time show, while the Who Dats, play in the game.... Kind of creeeeepy...

Been talking about this for a while now with some friends actually. It's almost like a "Who's On First?" scenario.

Football Fan #1: The Saints are in the Super Bowl!"
Football Fan #2 (astonished): "The Who?"
Football Fan #1: "No. They are playing the Halftime Show at the Super Bowl."
Football Fan #2: "The Saints are playing the Halftime Show?"
Football Fan #1: "No! The Who are playing the Halftime Show!"
Football Fan #2: "I don't know who, that's why I'm asking you." Who is playing in the Super Bowl?"
Football Fan #1: "The Saints are playing in the Super Bowl!"
Football Fan #2 (astonished again): The who?
Football Fan #1: NO, DUMMY! The Who are playing the Halftime Show!"
Football Fan #2: I've already told you that I don't know who is playing the halftime show!
Football Fan #1: NEVERMIND!

That would be a great thing to see. And we can't forget about the lead singer for Kool and the Gang wearing his gold Fleur-De-Lies at the halftime show of the Orange Bowl, which was played at Land Shark Stadium. I knew then that was a sign, and we would be in the Superbowl.

Yeah, I know that. But people who aren't old enough to remember The Who only know them for their songs at the beginning of every CSI.

I blame that on young people's inabilities to check out music, that paved the way for the music they have now. I mean, when the Jonas Brothers, are getting platinum records, then I have to say the music world's going to hell in a handcart. But, to each their own I guess.

I officially know how my dad felt, when he made fun of my Megadeth albums...... Ah, the joy of getting old! :)

Hey! I'm only 19 and I know who The Who are and I love their stuff. I didn't even know their songs were in the openings of CSI.

I'm hoping for some "I can see for miles"
