Based on the number of people who claim they were there for the Saints first game ever, it had to hold at least 200,000 people. Kind of like the 2 million folks who claimed to be at Woodstock.

Hell, my mother wasn't even born yet for Gilliam's run. I wasn't alive for Dempsey's kick, but I was in my parents living room in Charlotte, NC (GET ME OUTTA HERE!!!) when Hartley kicked us into the Superbowl.

LOL damn young punks. I use to live at tulane as a kid. Saints, Green Wave football and AAU swimming. I was there! With my dad on the 40 lower level. Drinking the booze he brought from home. Mom with her coffee and my sister wishing she was anywhere but there. LOL. Boy it was down hill from there.
