How this game will play out...
 
Okay here is my predicition and come monday I will come back here and support my team no matter what...

The Saints will jump out first with a score on their first possession and at the end of the first quarter will be up 10-3. In the second quarter they will add another TD and the colts will match and at the Half the score will be 17-10. To start the third the Colts will score to tie the game at 17 but then the Saints will go up 20-17 scoring the first points in the second half against the colts this playoff round. The Colts will then drop another TD to make it 24-20. The Saints will add another TD in the 4th to go up 27-24 and with less then 2 minutes left, Peyton will drive the Colts down for the final score making it 31-27.

I hope our boys but all the big game and hoopla out of their heads and treat it just like any other game.

I wasn't even going to make a score prediction, but I was kind of put on the spot about it last night. I finally broke. I predict:

Saints: 38
Colts: 30

Kickoffs will be interesting. Our Kicker has the leg to get it into the endzone each time, and my guess is that will be the goal. The fewer times Reggie touches the ball on kicks and punts the better.

Madden right 82.8% of the time on winner and within 3 points of predicting final score at 70% StDev (~).

Going against that trend may not be in the bettor's best interest.

I agree with you Homer. I have said all year that when our offense is clicking on all cylinders I don't care who you are we are unstoppable. Can you imagine what this team would be like if we had the Dome Patrol as our D right now. Jackson, Swilling, Mills, and co. :bng:

I see it the exact opposite. Indy will lead most of the game. Saints will make the charge late. We'll take the lead, go for it on 4th and 2. Get it. And then the party begins.:bng:

I think it is our run game- it is what we do much better than the colts, and I think it is the most important part to our success- this game. IMHO

We have already stopped better running games then yours, what makes you think you can do something neither the Jets nor Ravens could do? Also we stopped the best rushing back in the NFL this season when we played the Titans twice.

That really isn't true when considering Rice was averaging 5 yards a carry (13 carries for 60+ yards) against you (ravens had 87 yards on 19 carries. That is pretty good actually), and the only reason he did not continue is because they had to abandon the run to play catch up. Plus none of those teams you just mentioned make you respect their passing game.

Yet the Ravens ran on you pretty well. So you are wrong

You gotta have a running game to have a successful passing game, and you gotta have a passing game to have a successful running game. We happen to have both, which many, many teams do not. And btw, our kicker is not too shabby, either. You guys are gonna be sitting in the endzone a lot, too, on the opposite end of the field that you wanna be!

Wow, the Saints are not the Vikings, and also not the Jets, and not the Ravens, not the Browns, the Seahawks, or the New York Mets.... I have a great idea for all of the Colts fans.... Forget the teams you played before, and stop worrying about the team we beat to get here. Worry about us. Because you should be.
