The Saints have no chance of beating Manning and the Colts.

Screw dat!

I just got back from vacation so I'm a little late but I still feel... Capital.

I had a lot of people in Maui seeing me in my Saints attire saying that they hope and think that the Saints would win. Not one person said anything about the Colts winning.

Other than the first quarter I loved the game. I was throwing a fit after the Garcon TD but that's been the Saints game this year- start slow and finish strong. Not good for the blood pressure but here they are,

SUPERBOWL CHAMPIONS!!!

Yeah,they won. Ahhhh!

Today is Friday. Sunday, I watched parts of the game. The parts I watched were blurry. When the clock got down to 3:12 , 3 something, everybody was saying they won and I was there pounding the floor saying something like, OMG, Theywontheywontheywon, it is a miracle. All these years, oh I wish and called out the names of my dad and his old friends who haveall passed away, Saints diehards and season ticket holders, if they could see at last..." We counted down the clock from 44 seconds on.
I watched NFL N and ESPN all Sunday night when I got home. I woke up Monday thinking,'Did the Saints win? Yeah, the Saints won the S B
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
You really had to say it a few times.
This week, I really carefully watched the replay of the game on NFLN.
I reallly couldn't watch all of the game on Sunday.Too nervous.
I ate, ALOT. I cleaned the kitchen. Cleaned up after everybdoy. I would run to the tv when everybody shouted.


I still have my 2 Saints banners in the window and I will take them out on Sunday and put them away.

I hang a Saints banner all season in my office for everyone to see and it comes down when the Saints season is over.

ITS NOT COMING DOWN THIS YEAR... FINALLY!

If I'm dreaming don't wake me, if I'm not then I must be delirious. I've seen some nightmarish Saints games and I still can't believe that this is a dream come true. WHO DAT WHO DAT WHO DAT II.

We loved them when they sucked. Remember?

Remember how you wore their stuff, and had a whole room full of Saints stuff, and your friends thought you were goofy?

I had a friend's mom paint a coffee table like the Superdome floor, just for me. When all the people I know see the Saints on tv, they think of me, because I'm the only person they know who loves them.

I used to like it when friends saw my Wall O' Saints in the hall, and were like, "wow."

My grooms cake was the Superdome. We planned the wedding during the offseason, when our last record was 3-13. I wanted it anyway. By the time our wedding day came, it was the middle of the '06 season, so the magic had just begun.

We sat in Tiger Stadium and watched Aaron Brooks, while the media told us they were moving.

Do you remember? We loved them when they were losers.

Our Saints are the World Champions!
