yer that changed the game!! will be consistently viewed as one of the most memorable/game changing moments in super bowl history. That gave us all the momentum to keep drives together

Funny. After the Kick to start the second half, I looked at my wife and said, "Sean has balls as big as a buffalo." Man it takes a pair to call that.

Time OUT! I loved the call, I also loved the "go for it" call on 4th and goal, BUT..., with those kinds of balls will come a few bounces that don't look like genius when it doesn't pan out. I don't want to hear all the bone-head foolishness when his boldness becomes the agony of defeat. We have to take the good with the bad, I'll take them both. Remember, there is also a triple decker, double-reverse, half-back shuffle pass in that deck.

I mentioned this in another thread.

There are very few coaches in history of the entire NFL that will do something as ballsy as that play call. No debate. Special.

I agree darstep. I had no problem when the forth and goal call that failed. I was telling my wife and the guys in the chatroom that they should go for it. I was very dissapointed when they did not make it, but I knew there was a lot of time left on the clock and a lot of game left to play. That is the type of play calling Sean Peyton called in the first half of the season. He stopped making those gutsy calls later in the season. I was glad to see it back. However, it did cause a few near heart attacts last night.
