Has made landfall. It has flooded the streets of New Orleans, not with water, but with wild revelers and Who-Dats. The Governor was considering calling out the National Guard, but realized that all the cries were not for help this time, but cries of joy. Enjoy this New Orleans, I wish I was there with you.
