Short Off-season
 

Saints' fans, we are in for the shortest off-season we have ever known. We won't have to wait very long for the draft, mini-camps, pre-season, and the regular season. It's hard enough to fathom that our boys just won the Super Bowl, but almost just as hard to fathom that we won't have to wait that long to see them on the field again. I think this emotional high that I'm on is only going to keep me pumped for the start of next year!!!!

214 days til opening weekend kickoff! Anyone going to that game?? I sure as hell am. I told the boyfriend this morning, as soon as tickets go on sale, we're booking our flight to NOLA.

its gonna be a long offseason. 29 contracts expiring, thats over half the roster. Some notables are Bushrod, J. Evans, Sharper, Harper, Fujita, P. Thomas, Bell, and Moore

Now that the Saints are Super Bowl Champions, the Saints season will start on a Thursday Night! Can guarantee it will be against a top team.

It has to be one of those two. There is no way we open the season at home against a division opponent, Cleveland, Seattle, or St. Louis. My money would be on the Steelers since it would be a match between the last two SB winners. The NFL may want to wait until later in the season for us to play the Vikings so they can buildup the game as having playoff ramifications, etc.
