19:38 PT: Clark Judge reports for Fox Sports free agent WR Willie Jackson (Saints) reportedly turned down a two-year offer valued at an estimated $1.4 million annually from the 49ers. The 49ers haven't responded, refusing to negotiate further and looking beyond Jackson. "If it works out," said a source close to the team, "it's because Willie Jackson came back to the 49ers." Jackson wants to be a go-to receiver with an East Coast team. The Redskins still look like a good fit since coach Steve Spurrier is loading up on former Florida players, but they already have a lot of WRs.
