ESPN rips saints
on the show with Sean Salsbury and tom jackson. Sals said this was the most underacheiving team he has seen in his 7 yrs at ESPN. Said they should pick up there checks through the back door because they don't deserve to be paid for that game. He also gave a rip to HAZ by saying most teams take on the personality of the head coach but this team has not done so.
It was about a full minute of kicking the saints between the two of them. It was not pretty!!! |

Don\'t forget to mention how it was followed up by praise for Jeff Blake.

i wish i could say the saints didn\'t deserve it but through three games that exactly what they are, look at the talent this team has and what have they done with it. I love the saints but some times its time to face reallity!

As much as I love this team, I\'ve gotta agree w/them. Only 2 guys REALLY earned their money yesterday...Brooks and Pathon. I\'m not a Brooks fan, but he played well. Pathon played a great game. Let me not forget Ernie Conwell, who made a great catch on a deflected ball. The secondary was just terrible getting burned by a group of recievers with nobody special and a couple of Tight ends none of which named Wychek. Pretty much nobody played with any heart or any sense of urgency which is what they need to play with every game from now on if you ask me! I definitely look for an improvement, because I don\'t think they can play any worse than yesterday!!

Considering...
I think the offensive line was to blame and the defense... Stallworth had moments, Brooks, Conwell, Pathon all had moments if the O-line would at least stand in somebody\'s way!!! |
