this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I have to agree on drafting a powerback somewhere in the draft. After watching Beanie Wells have such a good rookie season last year, I wouldn't really be too upset, if we took a RB in the first round. First ...

I have to agree on drafting a powerback somewhere in the draft. After watching Beanie Wells have such a good rookie season last year, I wouldn't really be too upset, if we took a RB in the first round. First downs keep the defense off the field, and there were a few times last season, where having a hard hitting short yardage back in there would have helped. I might just still be missing Deuce though.
