My opinion: He's very good. Has the size and versatility to play either inside in the 4-3 or DE in the 3-4. There is an outside shot he is still there at #32, but I think a team like the Colts would snap him up before he gets to us. I believe our bigger need is at Sam linebacker and DE though, so I am hopeful Weatherspoon drops in our lap.

kid is good....his height works against him as i believe hes like 6'5 and only around 300lbs

i know that really doesnt make sense but it tells me he is not as big as a sedrick ellis who is only 6'1 300 lbs

the weight distribution makes him a lot skinnier

many project him as a 3-4 DE because of his height but he could easily play in a 4-3

only problem is that we have ellis to play 3-tech so where would odrick play? hes not big enough to play NT

on another note.....he did win defensive player of the year in the big 10 if i remember correctly

i know you guys dont think thats an accomplishment but the big 10 is still very prestigious as far as the NFL is concerned

Odrick could be considered a versatile prospect as an end in a 3-4 front or tackle in 4-3 schemes. Odrick has upside if he can improve his overall technique at the next level.

Hmmm smoke screen for teams in the second round maybe? Setting up for a move back into the second round if needed?
