Jason, I keep hearing Jammal Brown will be traded to either Detroit (#34) or San Fran (#17). Your thoughts? Also, could Saints trade second for Haynesworth? Jason La Canfora, NFL Network
I wouldn't rule Washington out of that equation, either (that trade would have to be for players, though, with Skins light on picks). As for Saints and Haynesworth, they were offered him a few weeks back and had no interest. That won't change.

WHY NOT!!! i wish i knew what the were asking for him. i want haynesworth the most out of anyone on this board but i have to trust the coaches...they obviously dont like him for some reason

it has to be his departure from too many teams in to short of time and they just keep letting him fly. to me he's a sloppy player that lacks motivation, when he is its the top in the nfl.never will i forget his possum play in the washinton game against us.not that i don't like him he's just been suspect the last few years.if payton and mickey shot it down i'm all in.

I believe the Saints lack of interest initially related to $21 million in bonus money due Haynesworth on April 1. Skins have paid this to him...his salary for the next three years amounts to approx. $16 million.

Having said that...Haynesworth appears to have a black cloud following him and the Saints might not want that much of a distraction.

They are asking a 3rd. Now that they paid the 21mil bonus I think we might jump on this. If they would take brown for him I would imagine the front office would take it.

PS: the skins need a Lt BAD.
