A strong basketball and football high school player in New York, Galette started his career at Temple. He started nine games as a strong-side linebacker as true freshman (55 tackles, 5.5 for loss, sack). He then moved to defensive end for the next two seasons, making 21.5 tackles for loss, 15 sacks, seven pass break-ups and three forced fumbles.

However, an off-field incident led to his suspension and subsequent departure to Stillman College. In his only year with the Tigers, Galette was named first-team All-SIAC after making 56 tackles, 17.5 for loss, 9.5 sacks abd three forced fumbles in only nine games. The Haiti native missed the end of the season with a leg injury, but proved himself on the mend in the Texas vs. the Nation Challenge.

Galette's transfer is a red flag to NFL teams, and he will likely have to move to linebacker at the next level. But his athleticism, pass rush skills and hard-hitting play should earn him a slot on Draft Saturday.
