Moved from Abbeville to Lafayette in 1988. Live in Houston now. Black's is closed I think.. If not the food and service had gone to crap last time I was there. Dupuy's is still open..... good food, and I believe Shuck's has good food also.

I can recommend Richard's Meat Markets.. Boudin. It's at 117 Park Ave just past VC on the right hand side going into Abbeville from Lafayette. It is damn good. Comperable to Don's, and Best Stop.
