Chip Vaughn Injured again? Or Hack Reporting?

Saints S Chip Vaughn is expected to be held out of this weekend's minicamp with a knee injury.
Vaughn was placed on injured reserve last September after undergoing minor knee surgery. It's not known if it's the same knee that is currently bothering him. Last year's fourth-rounder will have a hard time making the roster this season.

But the article only says:
Last year's fourth-round draft picks, safety Chip Vaughn and linebacker Stanley Arnoux, are not scheduled to participate.

Unless I missed something??

No it isn't. In fact if Vaughn and Arnoux end up busts, it makes the trade up for Morstead look even more stupid. Four picks and you end up with a CB turned FS and a freaking punter you gave up two picks for?

I dont understand what did moorstead do wrong? Vaughn is just a waste of time and money. We should release him to make room for some decent free agents.

You don't know if Vaughn is a bust and should be cut yet, he hasn't played, so how can you make that call. This guy might be an all pro or a bust. You have to wait and see what he can do when healthy. As for Arnoux, Gregg Williams has said that he thinks he's going to be a great LB and tape showed that he was better than Aaron Curry, who was a first round pick last year. We need to hit the chill button and see what's up in preseason.
