New Orleans Saints minicamp afternoon update: Jeremy Shockey joins the workout

Tight end Jeremy Shockey returned to the field for the team's afternoon minicamp practice after missing the morning session with back spasms, New Orleans Saints Coach Sean Payton said.

Shockey participated in team drills, but he left the field before practice was over. He was not available for interviews with reporters after practice.

Other tight ends made their presence felt in the afternoon session, as four-year veteran Tory Humphrey caught a pass from Chase Daniel with one hand against his helmet, evoking memories of David Tyree's catch on the Giants' final drive to win Super Bowl XLII.
