GW and the Saints are not trying to hurt Farve. IF they were, it would be wrong and unsportman like. The Saints are just trying to get too Farve, which is an age old tactic in football, and one that every DC in the NFL preaches before a game.
Knowing how bad the Vikes OL is, GW is making the right move too try and take the best player on the Vikes offense out of the game, thats Farve.

The fact that Farve got hurt during our game is not the Saints fault. The HC of the Vikes is to blame for not building a proper OL that can protect the QB, and he has done nothing to improve the OL in the off season. So , GW is right to go after him again.

Of course we are trying to hurt Favre. BUT we don't want to do it in th wrong way.

You do realize homerj that if the Saints are try to hurt Farve, then it would be alright for the Vikings defense to intentionally "rough the Passer" 6x and try to re-injure Breeses surgically reconstructed shoulder?

you should strato because one decides sportsmanship and the other decides wether Brees should be allowed to be killed. Meaning the Vikings have the right to take our, fictional, way of thinking and take as many penalties as it takes to make Brees never walk again. Thats not funny because any NFL defense can do that. If they truly believe this is our position, to hurt Farve, why would we not understand that equal is fair play?

If I was DC for Vikings and believed this was the case, I would accept 6 15 yard penalties to hurt the other QB so he could not function in the 1st half. All in the 1st quarter, all illegal, but if you want to do that lets do it .

Its not funny or interesting and we are not trying to hurt anyone.
