Ricky is claiming that the reasons for his recent 4 run-ins with the law in Miami is that he ie being racially profiled. Uh..Ricky, New Orleans is predominately black, what was your excuse there? How about just owning up to the fact that you are irresponsible and refuse to face the consequences for your actions? I give Miami fans a couple of years before they grow tired of his antics.
