tomorrow i am packing up the car and family, making the 16 hour drive and come back to my first home for the first time in 21 years. im in for a full week enjoying the city, then a great weekend of football watching WVU and LSU go at it, then the saints and falcons the following day. i know many of you may not give a rats ass but im beyond excited.

Thanks for the words everyone...I'm in town now on Decatur St. having a blast....does anyone still get together for some tailgaiting prior to the game?

Um, that would be a YES!! All downtown, but especially around the Poydras area near Loyola. Just get on Poydras, from St. Charles to the dome and you will see plenty of Tailgaters

Oh, and don't forget to check out Champions Square, right next to the dome. I hear there is a cool front coming Saturday, so hopefully the humidity will get outta here and you can enjoy the outdoors a little more,
