Saints know they have to rely on others without Bush

wwltv.com Posted on September 22, 2010 at 8:38 PM METAIRIE, La. ― Two days after fracturing his right fibula in the Saints’ 25-22 win over San Francisco, Reggie Bush wasn’t physically in the locker room. But five days before the Saints host Atlanta in a noon NFC South showdown in the Superdome, he presence was more than felt, at the very least in the line of questioning from various reporters covering the team. “We miss a lot of different things,” running back Pierre Thomas said. “You can say sometimes we use him as a diversion. He’s one of our elite guys on this team. He’s a big part of this team.” Added, right tackle Jon Stinchcomb, “He’s obviously a dynamic playmaker for our offense so losing him, it hurts. But in this game, you have to be able to step right in with the next guy and find ways to be successful and that’s our job.” Read the rest here... One man does not make the Saints the Saints, its a team effort. Sure we will miss Reggie. Its not the end of the world.

Yes we can get by BUT having the ohter team plan for Reggie freed up other people to shine.
I think Heath Evans will become even more important!! |
That is the problem, Bush picked up a lot of doubles with his diversity. But I am sure Coach has been up late figuring the game plan around it. Probably going to be a big day for the TE's.

Everybody gets to touch the ball.

It'll never happen but I'd pay to see Danny Clark run over someone out of the power I... just one time.
