I am so bumbed out today
 

Yesterdays' loss is killing me. I need my BnG brothers to tell me everything is going to be ok. Its not that we lost, its that we lost to the freakin Falc. I hate that team. :pissed:

As someone else put it, we made several uncharacteristic mistakes with Brees picks, dropped passes, and dubious PI calls.

Those are mistakes we don't normally make and it STILL took our kicker missing a glorified extra point in overtime for the Falcons to avoid the loss.

Exactly. A terrible performance on our part was still almost good enough to win it. We saw their best and it's barely better than our worst.

Let them revel in their freebie.

Don't fret Dub, as has been mentioned with all the mistakes, turnovers, etc. and the fact that the falcons played near flawless it still took a missed gimme FG in OT for them to beat us. We are going to be alright.

It could be worse you could be waking up as Scott Fujita and the 0-3 Browns.

Everything is going to be OK...as soon as we get what Speedy Ron said.

Hopefully, this loss will ground some of the players and get them to work harder. Our previous two wins were not pretty. Offense needs to step it up and start putting more points on the board. Defense needs to be more consistent. And, obviously, special teams has their own issues to sort out as well.
The season is still young.

After three weeks the blanket came down.

An early season loss to a divisional rival is more of a slap in the face to the team than us.

It will prove to be motivation for the Saints, is my guess.

dub, you are at least honest, i feel the same way, bad day for me to my bro. can't stand it, sore loser call me whatever.

Don't beat yourself up, Dub. It happens to the best of us.

Just be glad we lost early in the season, and not during the playoffs, when it actually matters. We will bounce back and destroy the Panthers next week.

We could have been victorious yesterday if we had just won.;)

I'm personally more bummed about the injuries than the loss.


The Falcons are not slouches, we played bad, and our kicker blew a FG my old fat #$#@ could have made.

We'll get them next time when its on national TV and means more...
