Can\'t say that I blame him. He worked too hard for the game to end in a loss.

I am proud that the team played hard all game. I\'m disappointed in the playcalling. Gardner should be on the street come Monday.

Deuce is the heart and sole of this team. If he said he wanted the ball, I would have given it to him too... just not on a play designed to go to the 2 hole with all 11 defenders stacked inside of the tackles. Put four receivers on the field. Spread that defense, keep them off guard, then give it to Deuce on a direct snap, or on a draw, or sprint trap, or pitch and let him pick his hole. The play calling is suspect. The defense is suspect. I think it\'s virtually impossible for this team to climb out of this hole.
