Do the saints have interest in him or are we just going to go with the ****le Clark connection?

I'd pass on him .... hasn't been the same since the PED suspension and injuries have piled up on him

At first I wanted him for depth. Now I just don't see the need for him.

Danny Clark has been playing really well! I would have loved to have merriman here, but he isn't the same player he once was. Danny Clark should be the starter over shanle, period.

Clark starts over Shanle, but who else starts? Dunbar? Are we supposed to be happy about Dunbar?

I don't think he has done much since getting off the roids. I'd bring him in if he gets back on them, but if not no.

Maybe Dunbar for this year, unless Stanley Arnoux begins to show he can be the starter. I hope he does, because i was very high on him when he was drafted.

As far as Meriman goes.....I'll leave that up to the coaches.

Wouldnt hurt to bring him in if the price is right. I agree with everyone, we can use an upgrade at OLB. That guy was a beast a couple of years ago. Maybe SD cutting him will light a fire, hell look at LT. He is putting up big numbers after the Chargers cut him.

Seems like too much of a distraction to me. Let's face it, getting one LB in here isn't going to put us over the top this season. Our defense has played pretty well. We need to improve in the kicking game, in redzone offense, and get healthy in the secondary.

Casillas was lights out the first two pre-season games and made us think we wouldn't miss Fuji at all...then he disappeared. Step up baby! It's Time!

I agree SR. I think we could use some help. I think that SS is decent, but he is too slow. If he was faster he would be pretty good.

Me too, but hope this means they'll be back toward the end of the season, fingers crossed we'll be healthy then!!
