Did anyone read the report on Pierre Thomas?
 

Apparently, he was almost traded to New England for a cornerback. This makes me feel as if maybe he's not as injured as he lets on and that he is sitting on the sidelines because he's mad about his contract or something. I hope that is not the case. Personally, I feel the Saints management needs their heads examined if theyre willing to let go of Thomas. What he does for the Saints is so special and he's so talented. I really feel they should have given Thomas a sweet, long-term deal.
