I'd say based on overall performance

Brees - B-
O-line - B-

Based on realistic expectations

Brees - C
O-line - D

Neither are playing as well as they can, and they'd probably be the 1st to admit it.

I expect that you are right. They'd probably be the first to fess up. Their performance this year based on last years is vexing. It's almost as if we are being out-schemed but then I find that hard to believe.
