NFL Network for me. Gave up on ESPN years ago. Only watch them when I must and I'm away from NFLN.

Boomer used to be funny. So did Jeff Foxworthy's redneck jokes - until you've had them ran into the ground 10000 times too many.


If I want to see a goofball, I pay special attention to Sapp. At least his "routine" is always fresh...

ESPN and much of what is on the television is completely annoying.

It is a reflection of society. They wouldn't keep broadcasting the crap if there wasn't a viewership. Sad but true.

Matt Ryan and Al Gore invented each other. At the same time. It's an infinite loop of genius.

Actually, Matt Ryan is Al Gore.

Notice you never see both of them together in the same place.

Back when I was younger I use to watch Sportscenter over and over, all the pre and post game shows, all the specials, etc. Now, unless I'm catching a game on it, the channel has become irrelevant to me.

I used to love it too, then it became more about the hosts than football. Its particularly annoying when all of them are talking at once.

Unwatchable.

But NFL Network is almost as bad. I prefer it because they focus on tons of highlites, but Deion is absolutely horrible.

There are fewer highlights now because there are rules in place that restrict what they can show and when - that weren't in place when old dinosaurs like me grew up watching ESPN.

Still, the announcers have zero personality and are only interested in their personal catch phrase. At least Keith and Dan were actually fans of the games and had more to offer than a cute intro. I swear if I hear "Cool as the other side of the pillow" ONE MORE TIME I'm going postal.

ESPN was a good source of info in the old days. Now it's just glitz and glamor. If you want info it's all right here. Thanks Halo.
