What some yahoos are saying on the internets don't change the fact that two dat.

Click, click.

Not much bad you can say about them or the team, but the bottom line is the Rams have not beaten a good team all year.
They are enjoying the parody schedule that Tampa has ridden all year, so they have a few wins to show for it.
If they do win their division they will get the first place schedule next year and go 6-10.

xan 12-08-2010 08:43 AM

They lost to the Lions.

That said, the way we keep horrible teams in the game, this one is not safe, especially since the Rams have a division title to play for, not just pride.

niteadept 12-08-2010 08:49 AM

Actually enjoyed reading their posts. Civility goes a long way. Don't believe that either team is underestimating the potential, but we have a seasoned team that must make it happen for the next four games. That said, Sam Bradford will be one to watch over the next couple of years, but as for now, the Saints are working on a TWO DAT!

breesfan27 12-08-2010 11:57 AM

I have no problem with Rams fans. One of my good friends is a STL fangirl.

With that, I'm disappointed they could not beat Atlanta a few weeks ago, but you barely beat my boyfriend's beloved Broncos. Seriously guys?

I was at that game. Do you know how fun it is to watch your team lose to the Falcons because of a dumb shovel pass by Bradford? Not a lot.

Probably just as much fun as watching our kicker miss the kick...

It's almost as fun as watching your favorite team lose 42 out of 48 games over a three period.

That would be rough. At least the Saints never endured anything like that. The worst three year stretch in Saints history was 1970-72 when they only managed 8 wins, but they only racked up 30 losses. Back then there were only 14 games per season and they also had four ties.

The older Saints fans know your pain. But on the bright side ya'll have gotten higher draft picks which should eventually pay off.

haha... you forgot we USED to be in the NFC west w/ the Rams. You'll remember We used to have hell there dealing with the Rams and 49ers every year twice a year.

skymike 12-08-2010 05:57 PM

hey, look at "Rams_of_Old" on the RealRams site... on page one, he has a completely different avatar than page two. how'd he do that?

SAINT_MICHAEL 12-08-2010 05:57 PM

It's amazing to think about how good the Niners were while in the "old" NFCW vs the "new" NFCW. Sort of unfortunate for the Saints to be stuck in the division with the Rams and Niners when they were good, then get moved to a different division right when those franchises take nose dives!

TRUDAT, they trying to make the playoffs and they will be going all out hopefully we can keep the foot on the gas pedal and not let up cause Jackson is a beast and the QB is playing with some excitement for the Rams, this could easily be a trap game.

Saintswrath 12-08-2010 06:10 PM

Ram fans are some of the good guys, i hope they have a good time in the city when they are in, they are usually always classy peoples.

504state 12-08-2010 06:24 PM

i kind of miss the division rivalry between the Saints and the Rams. it was always a civily vicious game.

You'd lose as well if you lost your #1 WR.

oh hell, dont even start that business with me. Those #$%@!## ##$$@@# #%##@@!!!&* 49ers! I still hate em. I still get mad
thinking about having Joe Montana beat, and finding a way to lose-- which is pretty much how our rivals must feel about us now. I have a vhs of an opening day, where our defense knocked Steve Young's head, you remember that?, where he was in the huddle, and then he just kinda took a knee, and couldnt continue, and then our crowd roared. I watch that over and over, and cheer every time.

I once punched my own windshield (I didnt know they broke so easily) after we lost to the 49ers!

You realize, Rickey and our guys are the reason Young had to retire. Watch any highlight reel that shows Young getting knocked, and its always us doing it.

Lets kick the Rams Azz for Old Times Sake!!!!! WhoDat!!!!!

The way the Rams are built, there's no way they could have won that game with Clayton. I just hope Bradford can handle the Superdome crowd.

like it was yesterday. it was like kill the sob anytime we got him in the grasp. bad sportsmanship? hell ya. and u are right the damage was done in the jackson era. then feels sorry for him and goes get a ring with him. i know its the years my old man taught me to curse, no doubt.lol
I'M IN, LETS THROW AN ASS WHOOPING PARTY FOR OLE MEMORIES.

G504 12-09-2010 10:25 PM

Should be a good game. I'm actually rooting for the Rams to win their division (after we beat them, of course), because we may have to play that division winner if the refs don't stop helping Matt Ryan polish his MVP trophy case:/ So I'd rather be in a nice comfy dome than cold, wet Seattle. And lets face it, the only division the Cards are winning is the division of their locker room.

pherein 12-10-2010 12:07 AM

This has nothing to do with the Rams. They are a very good ball club and should be respected. What they have accomplished this year is great.
But we are not playing around anymore 145-14 :)

Truth is their OL is #23 and GW will know that, Bradford is a rookie playing against sharper ,porter, greer, and their defense cant break our OL or stop brees, according to stats. But we will see

Four? You underestimate us.

Reggie makes 5, and he could play corner, if someone gave it a thought.
