As a life-long Sains fan, I've been going to games in the dome as long as I can remember. One thing I DON'T remember is EVER leaving a game with my voice intact. Just as the players are expected to lay it all out on the field, so are the fans in the stands.
Scream and yell 'til it hurts, have a sip of beer, then yell and scream some more!!!! |

I have since learned a lower level yell that doesnt strip my vocal chords. And I whistle a lot. |
There have been times in the dome where my head hurts from all the noise thats going around, there hasn't been one game that I've gone to where I don't have my voice back till around Thursday
If any stadium should be called out for pumping in crowd noise its Reliant here in Houston .... both Saints games I've gone to, I've seen people just sitting around but out of no where its loud on 3rd down, yeah right |
Oh this in the video guy KNOWS so much! Whatever. Talking head "know it all" - they get paid to talk and say something.
I've been to so many games I can't count - if they pumped noise into the dome people would leave without their hearing along with their voice. That's total BS. |
No pumping in noise for the Saints. The fans are the ones pumping that noise! As for me and always being in the nose bleed section, my headache comes from banging on the wall of the Dome behind me. Voice when I leave? Ha, nothing but bits and pieces of an intelligible conversation. If you've ever been to the Dome, then you know what you know.
