this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Did it appear to anyone else that Payton dialed down the offense a bit in the second half? It would make sense with the game pretty much in hand with the possibility of facing the same opponent in the first ...

Dialed it down?
Did it appear to anyone else that Payton dialed down the offense a bit in the second half? It would make sense with the game pretty much in hand with the possibility of facing the same opponent in the first round of the playoffs. Why show them everything you have prepared for them when base offense will suffice to hold the lead?
