The Ravens game was meaningless
It would have been nice to win but the game was meaningless.
For it to have any meaning Seattle would have had to beat Atlanta and they didn't. The Saints still have to win one of the next two to get a playoff spot and they had to do that before the Ravens game. The Saints are most probably going to get a wild card even if they lose out and finish 10-6 and that is unlikely. Either wild card spot is the same number of playoff games to the Superbowl. |
I didnt want a stupid bye anyway.
|
I agree. It would have been nice but did not mean much.
Except RB needs to go! |
thanks for the t*****s . I needed cheering up.

Play a slow song.. Ill dance for you.

I think that the team kinda knew it was a pointless game. The defense usually doesn't make whiffy arm tackle motions. I'm sure they played for a little pride, just for yucks, but they didn't show much. This is just like last season...prepare for the playoffs, get healthy and make the run.
Too bad about Greer. For a meaningless game, we didn't need to lose a meaningful player. |

Kinda looked like Payton was using Bmore as a pre-season game for his playoffs playbook. |
It was the Ray Rice show, he is alot like Turner, so we'll have to face almost the same back on Monday night. If Turner runs all over us like Rice did, then we have something to worry about. Reggie reminded me of the Easter bunny yesterday with all that hopping around, he needs to start running down hill again.

Should I just have her do a Tail-Gate show for everyone?
Maybe a Pre-Game pep talk? |

Too bad we lost, but I'm glad we played the Ravens close and got it tied in the fourth, didn't quit.
|
Would of been nice to clinch a playoff spot this week since they got all the help they needed to pull it off, oh well beat the Failcons and they are in

We beat ATL and TB with ATL losing to NO and CAR and we still lose the division? Not counting on it just wondering?

The Raven loss changed nothing as far as the NFC South title goes. |

The way things are going, the Saints wouldn't see the Eagles till the NFCCG cause they would get Atlanta in the 2nd round cause I don't see NYG beating Chicago in the playoffs

I'm just waiting for the D-rings to snap! |
It just sucks that we are probably looking at an outside game. Chicago, or Philly, means 20 degree temps for sure.

A loss is a loss.
I rather kiss my sister than take a loss on any day. Its not like this is the NBA another sport who plays 100 games a seson. There are only 16 games... every game is meaningful. |

just another reason an 18 game schedule is a bad idea. |
once they get their 18 give it about 30 years and they will want a 20 game schedule, greedy motherfathers

why do we **** with things that work? (yes it works, you're watching it, arent you?)
I hate Change. The only thing I hate more than Change is Hope. |
The game was meaningFUL
It delayed the Saints getting to the playoffs. It highlighted, again, the areas where the Saints are falling down. |
No game is meaningless, just ask the guys that lost the game.

Well, this Ravens game shut my mouth around here for sure. Got bumped from my favorite table by 8 Ravens fans who showed up earlier than I did (7:30a.m.), so I talked smack...
Got to swallow my own trash talk to a bunch of fans who were actually squawking like damn ravens! GOD please tell me that's not what I look like yelling "Who Dat!"! Most unappealing, unmotivating thing I've ever heard! I just don't see any way through this week to Monday... If you don't hear from me again, well, check the obit's... (just kidding) Alaska! |
