Seahawks forum
I went on the Seahawks forum to congratulate them on getting into the playoffs and to see what they were saying.
By a 3:1 margin, Seahawks fans don't believe Seattle can win Saturday. http://boards.spiritof12.com/MBMain.aspx?GroupID=1 |

Can't blame them, every single entity in sports is going against Seattle even the Seattle fans are going against seattle, they are just grateful to get this far, If Saints don't show up and win this game it will be the biggest upset in playoffs in a VERY LONG TIME!..

they should read our injury report. It might give them hope.

they have a losing record against a powerhouse team. at least they are not delusional.
honestly they probably have a chance due to the fact that we are going there with our 2nd string |

Exactly. Not to mention the fact that we tend to play down to our competition. |
I think drews left nut could play QB and we could still pull off a W.
|
Now I'm worried. Hoping that NONE of our guys are reading or listening to the press or popular opinion. How realistic is that? I hope they show up well prepared, execute the plan and put this team away like they should. Get this thing done and start to make ready for the next road trip.
|
After watching the Rams vs Seahawks game, I think our backups would fare well. Although with a sloppy field and our host of injuries could make this game a little tricky.
|
The problem is that we always seem to play down to the competition. If we expect to win this game then we could very easily lose it. We had better go in thinking that this is the best team in the NFL.

The regular season is over now. This is a new start for everyone in it. You should prepare for ANY team, even a 7-9 one. We have NEVER won a road play off game in our history as a franchise. This is not a gimme game, by any means.

I'm all for having confidence, but being over confident, is a recipe for disaster.

By the way, if you guys want to check out some Seahawks forums, there are a lot of them.
Just do a Google for: "Seahawks forum" |
Found this quote on one Seahawks forum: LMAO
"At this point, the Seahawks are like a retard with a pair of scissors. They're not gonna do anything constructive, but they're more than capable of ****ing somebody's day up" |

never mind the finicky hawk fan that wants us to lose..hes the loser that wants a better draft pick..omg, im the seahawk fan that NEVER wants his Hawks to lose..we somehow were given the opportunity to play on..so by hell or high water the Hawks must win this game. The saints better bring everything they got, cause the Seahawks WILL come to play.
|
skymike, I think they're talking about the SB last year. It was a fake road game, since it was played on a neutral site.
|
Let's kick their asses!!! I think bush is gonna go off sat afternoon!$$$

btw, did your avatar accept the position as the new Dread Pirate Roberts? I always wondered. |
statistic, schmatistic
You know, if you have some weird statistic floating supposedly that you've never won a "true road game," but that road game you did won was The Super Bowl...
...then thats pretty much a garbage statistic. |
I dont know...... Our Road Record is 14 W and 3 L over the last two seasons... One of those 14 had to be a real road game right?
Since the ignorance that chooses to slant our SB victory as a "non-road game" through sheer dumbfoolery. We beat the Deity Payton Manning away. So that should count for two road wins. The term Road, and Away for games defines the Teams location in regards to their home field. So even if the Saints play in Tiger Stadium, it is a road game... |
