I wish the Saints had grabbed LT when Drew Brees first mentioned it on Twitter. It was discarded at the time as a bad idea, but that was when Lynell Hamilton was going to take over the duties that Mike Bell left behind. Then both Bush and Thomas got injured badly and missed most of the season. It would have been nice to pick up LT when they had the chance.

Thing is, we had more than enough talent at the time to get the job done so I got the decision to go another direction. I wouldn't even say it was a toss up. What team loses about 7 RB's in a season. It's just uncommon and something that you can't do anything about but keep signing em' off the street and drive on.

That's true and I was also curious to see what PJ Hill could do. Remember him? I thought he had a ton of potential and then he got injured during the pre-season. Sigh.
