It's Official Drew has ended the Madden Curse.

next year should have cheerleaders on the cover...with maybe a new addition to the game called "Mud wrestling" at half time.....could happen??? except everyone would be playing one min qrts just to get to the half

Anything short of a SB victory could be considered a curse. Before it was just injuries. Hey, he didn't get hurt, made the pro bowl, and the playoffs. Even if we made the SB and lost they would call it a curse. Insane.

You can't mess with Drew Brees. That guy has more heart than anybody.

if there is such a thing drew just blew it up. dammed good year.

By the curse I mean Drew Brees did not miss any games. Like the past cover boys did. Thats all folks.

Some curse effects for Drew, but we rode it out. Next year it's somebody else's problem thank goodness.

At the top of all sports, injuries will affect your performance.
Whether it shows explicitly that the injury caused those moments of lower performance or less obviously the injury affected the level of cognitive reasoning.

Off topic a little perhaps. Drew Brees was not the only person carrying injuries. For sure we did have injuries at skill positions.

Drew Brees knew that and he may have tried to hard to achieve that perfect play to give his injured counterparts a chance.

...he did throw alot of interceptions this year...just sayin...

Not taking anything away from Drew. OUR Drew. But:

..and we still made the playoffs. :) Who stands a chance when were healthy.

I hope Penn and Teller do an episode of Bull**** with the Madden Curse.
