Just stopping by.
Hey everybody.
I stalled the time to stop by because we all needed to get out some frustration since neither of our teams finished were they were expected. Though at least you guys made it to the playoffs and got satisfaction of a win over the Falcons to end your regular season. On the other hand, we got swept by the Raiders for the first time in almost a decade and didn't even make the playoffs. GRRRR! On another note, the Falcons still have no bragging rights on you guys. They try, you have three words for them... "One And DONE (not to mention, cremated in their own house)!" Just when the Raiders seemed to finally be getting somewhere, Uncle Al fires his head coach and defensive coordinator. GO AL!!!! With that said, the early ending will give our teams some time to lick their wounds and figure out next season (with hope there will be a next season), though I think you guys will be fine. With the exception of the Panthers, your division should be a tough one but your team has the experience factor over the Bucs and Falcons. Props to the one poster who predicted the Chiefs would take the AFC West. I still don't think they're that good they seized the opportunities when they came and got the job done. ei: I don't think they would be a top contender in your division. So who would you like to see win the Super Bowl this season? I'm going with the Jets. A.) LT deserves a ring. B.) If Ryan gets a title in only 2 years experience as head coach, maybe our owner will finally wake up and smell the coffee (considering AJ Smith chose Norv over Rex). Oh, and to ease the haters... I heard a joke that is funny but painful (at least for a Chargers fan). Q: How do you get the Chargers to the Super Bowl? A: You get traded. That did make me laugh but at the same time... geeze!!! Anyway, take care and Happy New Year! |
Or AJ Smith just lets you walk out the door. Hey Bolts4Life how have you been.

Thanks for checking in Bolt. Yup I had picked the Cheifs to win the AFC West :-)
The Chargers will be contenders too in the future ... you've got the best QB in your division by a longshot. |
Always good to see you stop by Bolts.
|
are you excited for LT?
|
Thanks for popping in and saying hi! I always liked LT but I really am pulling for the Packers.

Yes. That's why I'm rooting for the Jets to take it all. |
Sorry ... just can't pull for Jets .... It's Aaron's turn, methinks.

If you had said, "Buy them a ticket..." or...if you would have asked, "How does a Charger get to the SB?" |

What's up Bolts? How have you been? I was thinking a couple of months ago that we haven't seen you around in a while. Hope everything is good in San Diego. I hate to tell you this though, the Jets may beat Pittsburg this weekend, but there is no way they beat the Pack. Just letting you know. LOL |
def NOT the jets...welcome back, though.
go pack... i went to the chargers/49ers game at the murph...good game, but the crowd needs to wake up IMO :P |

Wake up? They were pretty loud but when the home team gets ahead by 4-5 touchdowns... then it's sort of like OK. Though if we were playing the Raiders or Patriots and tearing them apart like that, we'd call to pour it on more. Did you catch the Foreigner concert in the parking lot before the game? It was a great show! |

I'm good, Srgt. Thanks. :) Hope all is good for you too. Yeah, it has been a couple months. When the season is active, you for most part just focus on your team. Speaking of the Packers... we have a tough home schedule next season. Patriots, Jets, Ravens, Bears, and Packers. Yikes! |
