UDFA - Terrence Tolliver

Is there anything in place saying UDFAs like Tolliver cannot work out with the players of a team like the Saints in these unofficial player workouts? Seems to me a good way to get a foot in the door, or at least a serious look at whenever training camp starts.

That would be considered tampering by the league
