New Orleans Saints Preseason Times and dates announced
 

A few weeks ago the preseason and then regular season schedules were released for the entire NFL and that of course includes the New Orleans Saints. For the preseason though, there were no exact dates or times announced; only weeks and opponents.

Now fans will know exactly when the Saints begin their preseason and what time they can catch them on the air or in the Superdome. That is of course if the NFL Lockout mess can be fixed by then. All times listed below are Central.

• Week One: Friday, August 12, 7:00 PM Vs. San Francisco 49ers
• Week Two: Saturday, August 20, 7:00 PM @ Houston Texans
• Week Three: Sunday, August 28, 7:00 PM @ Oakland Raiders
• Week Four: Thursday, September 1, 7:00 PM Vs. Tennessee Titans

The game against the Oakland Raiders will be a nationally televised broadcast on NBC. This will mark the fourth straight year that the Saints have played the Houston Texans in the preseason and the second straight year facing off against the Tennessee Titans.

Aside from the nationally televised Raiders' game, the other three preseason contests will air on Cox Sports Television as well as being aired on FOX 8 locally in New Orleans.
