WD656, what's with all the hurtfullness? You know the Library of Congress has deemed Deliverance as being as being culturally, historically, and aesthetically significant to Georgia. You should check it out and get a better appreciation for their way of life.

Citing a movie/book reference is as classless as making fun of actual natural disaster? I fail to see the balance of logic here, but maybe it's just me. A bitter joke that I even chuckled at, but nowhere near as classless as a hit at Katrina.

You know...GWTW was a fictitious movie...however...Atlanta actually did burn during the civil war. I don't know how you distinguish between which one is OK to joke about and which one is taboo. I guess there's always that time issue. You know...you've all heard this. Somebody makes a joke and everybody stares and he says, "What...not enough time passsed yet?"

Personally...any sort of reference or joke from a rival does not bother me. Sometimes you just have to consider the source and move-on.

I don't hate Atlanta or the Falcons. In fact it's just the opposite. I love the rivalry.

It would be hard to see any of the above women homeless no matter who she pulls for. In fact, if Atlanta burned to the ground because Strato and SkyMike were playing with matches one night, I'd have to talk to the wife about putting them up for a few months. :D

Case in point... I'd still pull for the Dawgs in the Sugar Bowl and Tech in the Cotton Bowl. ;)
