Here in houston ( shout outs hou -dats ) 610 reporter John Lopez says that the lockout will end this Saturday, not the 21st then the NFL will implement a 12 - day plan to get the ball rolling and avoid all the choas that will come if the lockout just ends.

first four days to sign restricted free agents

the next four days to sign unrestricted free agents

final four days to sign rookies and undrafted free agents
