Assuming the vote goes through tomorrow, at what point can we start signing guys like Harper, Nicks, etc? Will it be tomorrow or closer to Saturaday?

Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer confirms that NFL teams will be able to bring in players for free agent visits beginning Tuesday.
As we've stated many times, free agents can't sign on the dotted line until Friday night. They can show up to facilities for physicals, however, so by Friday we'll have a good idea as to the clubs interested in them. Free agent visits are confirmation that there is mutual interest between player and team. They're much stronger indicators than speculation and newspaper reports. Source: Jeff McLane on Twitter |
