So far in FA, how would the forum grade/describe the losses and acquisitions?
 

IMO, the Saints re-signing Lance Moore to a 5-yr deal takes and "sting" out of losing Bush, Ayodele and Young.

I am sure that everyone, (except maybe the Bengals defensive line), knew that Bush was going to leave the Saints, so that one wasn't a shock to anyone.

As someone posted earlier, at least Bush is out of the division & the conference

Ayodele/Young leaving is a little more troubling to me, but I am sure the Saints will have their replacements ready.

How is all the pressure on Ingram? We still have PT, Ivory, Joique Bell; more than enough hands to do what Reggie did and hopefully more

Way to early to grade. When the smoke cleares I will do it. I must say dumping Reggie and actually getting something for him and resigning Bushrod to only 2 years are both A+ moves.

I just hope we don't loose so many that it feels like the defense is starting from scratch. Six LB's are on the bubble, and at this point we only own two safeties, and one of those a newbie from Miami. Our key to good success is STILL our defense. I'm glad Bushy and Moore are locked down. I think Brees is glad too.

I reallly wish we would at least make a play for R Edwards, pressure on the QB can solve a lot defensive soft spots

I gave them a B until they re signed Shanle....that bumped them down to a C.
