We are all way to critical of our team. We expect our guys to NEVER make a mistake, NEVER fumble, NEVER miss a tackle, NEVER drop a pass, NEVER throw an interception and on and on. Football doesn't work that way and if it did, it would be as boring as baseball. The trick is teamwork and recovering from mistakes.

I think they like him because of his consistency and that he doesn't make many mistakes or get caught out of position very often. Eventually, someone with the physical tools that make up for the mistakes they make, will probably replace him, but until then, you can expect him on the field.
