No matter how hard Saints kicker John Carney tried Sunday night and Monday, he could not erase the botched extra-point attempt from his mind.

He could not steer the ball between the uprights and send the game into overtime against the Jacksonville Jaguars at ALLTEL Stadium.

Carney's errant kick, forever linked to one of the most memorable moments in Saints' history, enabled the Jaguars to escape with a 20-19 victory.
