Dedicate yourself like the coach, win Super Bowls like your coach, go above and beyond the call of duty like your coach, and be the best at what you do like your coach, and you won't have to sweat long term stability like your coach.

If they get anything other than that from them, let them be disgruntled and then let them go. If they didn't get taken care of they weren't good enough to be taken care of.

I don't think it is so much that his name is spelled wrong, it's that it's the name of a team's Super Bowl winning coach in one of the team's fan forums, in a thread about how great the man is, by the person who started the thread.

I think that extending his contract is a strong message to the team that the organization is commited to securing its Field General. I think that will make players decisions to sign easier knowing that his system will be in place for years to come.
