Choose one player
 

If you could choose one ofensive and one defensive player from any other team in the leauge to join the Saints who would it be and why?

On offence I'd pick Adrian peterson because he is an amazing runner and seems to be a really good team mate.

On defence I would like Lance Briggs. I think he would be a huge upgrade at the OLB position.

i would get calvin johnson and darrelle revis

If I were to just choose the 2 without any regard to what the Saints need, they would be:


Offense: like you I'd go with Adrian Peterson.

Defense: Haloti Ngata because he is the best NT in the league... almost like Rogers and Franklin put together.


But, if I were to choose the two according to what the Saints need, they'd be:


Offense: Joseph Thomas from the Browns, arguably the best OT in the league.

Defense: It would be between Terrell Suggs and DeMarcus Ware, both are excellent OLBs, but I'd go with Suggs in the end 'cos he just feels like someone who would produce under GW.

Offense - Larry Fitzgerald

Defense - Troy Polamalu

I'd then run a 4-2-5 defense. Nasty!

Andre Johnson and Patrick Wills

Since we're collecting RBs, I'd nab Chris Johnson from the Titans.
On defense I'd pick Clay Matthews III at LB, from the Packers.

I would take Aaron Rogers on O to back up Drew

and on D Patrick Willis

I think i would have a hard time not doing it if Willis was available..

O - Joe Thomas (OT)
D - James Harrison (OLB)

Calvin JOhnson - WR
& Clay Matthews for an LB

On Offense Im takin Megatron the Offense would be unstoppable you cant dbl cover megatron and colston the other wides would be free to destroy the defense and on defense im takin Justin Tuck hes a monster just bull rushes through the OL imagine having Tuck ,Franklin, Big Shaun Rogers pushing the oline on qbs free ranging OLBS to collect sacks

For the obvious reasons. The only knock I would have is on Harrison, would he become a distraction in the locker room.

Of all the receivers to choose, Garcon?

I don't see how so many people are ignoring the offensive line. I'm going to use both of my picks on offense. T Joe Thomas of Cleveland and T Jake Long of Miami. Now I'm done.

Honorable mention also goes to CB Champ Bailey. I bet he would go nuts making plays for our D and Gregg Williams. But the reason I favored Clay Matthews over him is simply age.
